*A deposit of $200.00 is required on all advance reservations. There is a $50.00 non-refundable reservation fee for cancellations. The remaining deposit is refundable if cancellations are recieved forty-five days prior to reservation date. There is a four night minimum on all advance reservations between Memorial and Labor Day. *Check-in is at at 3:00 P.M. Check-out is at 11:00 A.M. at store. Balance due at time of check-in. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash accepted. *Small pets on leashes are welcome except for in the two bedroom townhouses and deluxe two bedroom cabin. There is a $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Please do not leave pets tied up and unattended at any time. *Tents, campers and motor homes are not allowed to be hooked up or used on any part of the Forks Resort property. *Parking is limited to one car per one-bedroom cabin or suite, two cars for the two bedroom cabins. No boat or trailer parking at the cabins, but availability across the street. A mooring is provided for your boat at no charge. *All units are equipped with Satellite TV. There are no phones in room, but pay phones are located at store. *There is no maid service, but we will gladly exchange dirty linen at the store during regular hours. * There is a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster in each unit. * All units are air conditioned. *To ensure that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us, we have a No Party policy. |
